Occupational Therapy Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at the Orange Health Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic, evidence-based care to patients across various clinical areas, including Acute Care, Rehabilitation, Paediatrics & Hand therapy.

About the Position

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive health outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in internal training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the Occupational Therapy service through innovation and best practice.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated core skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, time management, and reporting writing skills to effectively document patient progress and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Competence in discharge planning and wellbeing management to ensure smooth transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
