About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team delivering care and support to older people. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and coordinating service delivery in line with contracts.
  • Implementing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with reforms and quality standards.
  • Promoting services to increase awareness and engagement among seniors.
  • Building partnerships with local NGOs, health professionals, and community groups.
  • Coordinating team processes for client service agreements, onboarding, assessments, referrals, and addressing service gaps.
  • Recruiting and coordinating service volunteers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma of Community Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • Strong background in aged care service delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Current Driver's Licence and First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain a satisfactory criminal records check.
