headspace provides support to young people aged 12-25 experiencing mental health issues. The multidisciplinary team works to improve health, social, vocational and educational outcomes for young people.
The PositionThe Clinical Psychology Registrar will work with young people and their family to identify needs, goals and develop care plans. This position involves high quality psycho-social assessment and evidence-based interventions within the Medicare guidelines.
We Are Looking For Someone With- Current registration as a registered psychologist, working towards clinical endorsement as a registrar.
- Eligibility for a registered psychologist Medicare rebate.
- Experience in assessment and diagnosis of mental health disorders, and provision of focused psychological strategies.
- An understanding of key issues related to the health and wellbeing needs of young people.
