Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to strengthen our team in the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you will identify customer values early in the sales process and translate them into winning business solutions that balance technology and cost.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Support and collaborate with sales managers during pre-bid, bid, and closing phases to secure projects.
  • Prepare and present technical content to customers to build relationships and trust.
  • Manage multiple projects across various sales phases simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead an internal sales support team to provide guidance and expertise.
  • Analyze customer requirements effectively and ensure all procedural steps are completed on time according to sales process checklists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international organization with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales management.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes a plus.
