Job Title: Senior Pastry Expert

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced pastry professional to join our team as a senior expert.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Viennoiserie pastry production, with experience in developing new products and refining existing ones.

The successful applicant will be able to maintain the highest quality standards, safety protocols, and presentation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Support the head baker in maintaining and developing products\
  • Work closely with other departments to develop new products or refine existing ones\
  • Maintain quality, safety, and presentation of products\
  • Have knowledge and experience of Viennoiserie pastry production\
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and motivation to grow and develop skills\
  • Follow all safety and organisational standards to maintain a healthy and safe environment\
  • Proven attention to detail, time management & organisation skills are essential\
  • Develop and implement new product lines and improve existing ones\\
  • Collaborate with the head baker and other team members to achieve business objectives\\
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies\\
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menus\\
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies\\
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement\\
  • Participate in training and development programs\\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the head baker or management\
