Job Overview

A Project Coordinator with a strong analytical mindset will be responsible for the successful implementation of complex strategic programs.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules across multiple workstreams, capturing dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Monitoring delivery status, identifying schedule variances, escalating risks and issues, and supporting recovery plans to keep timelines on track.
  • Supporting scheduling and readiness for major phases such as system integration testing, user acceptance testing, disaster recovery, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Assisting program leads in developing resource plans, identifying capacity risks, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Delivering clear and timely updates to stakeholders, maintaining visibility of dependencies and schedule impacts across the program.
  • Applying project management best practices, supporting audits and reviews, and contributing to lessons learned to strengthen future delivery.
