Senior Program Scheduler

Program schedulers are responsible for developing and maintaining high visibility and critical schedules.
This role is about driving quality from setup to maintenance of the schedules through MS Project as a tool.
You will act as a central point of governance, control, coordination, and oversight of the delivery of the workstream scope.
**Job Requirements:**
- Develop and manage the program schedule and interdependencies through tracking and analysis
- Provide strategic oversight, informing the portfolio when reporting policy or strategy changes, and document the schedule management guidelines, templates, and standards.
- Work with project managers to develop the work breakdown structure and identify internal and external dependencies.
- Assist project managers in establishing and maintaining their project schedules and collating weekly updates of schedule/milestone status from program workstreams.
**Key Skills:**
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Jira (or similar)
- Ability to capture, analyze, and report schedule information at the program and portfolio level
- Previous experience in interfacing the schedule with the project financial control systems and escalated financial or deployment impacts.
