Transformative Program Scheduler Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to contribute to a high-impact government transformation initiative. This role is part of a multi-year program delivering new case management capabilities for a federal tribunal.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale programs using advanced scheduling tools.
- Perform resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking to ensure timely project delivery.
- Consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis in collaboration with multiple project managers.
- Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning to minimize delays.
- Present schedule information to stakeholders at various levels to ensure transparency and understanding.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
- Ability to consolidate schedules and provide impact analysis across multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of Agile release planning and integration with broader program schedules.
