Junior Agricultural Commodities Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Agricultural Broker to join our team. As a key member of our broking team, you will be responsible for assisting senior brokers in managing client relationships, leveraging all broking opportunities, closing deals and ensuring details of trades are accurately captured.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote the company as a leading provider of market infrastructure
- Support management and/or senior brokers in facets of the business
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships
- Identify prospective new clients and engage where deemed appropriate
- Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of the products and markets in which we participate
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively with others, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will also need to demonstrate high levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals, and be comfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments.
