Customer Success Specialist Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage all incoming technical calls, schedule service technicians, and manage the group service email inbox.
  • Work closely with the Technical Services team to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to improve their experience.
  • Develop skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a multifaceted customer service position.
  • Strong proficiency with computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite.
  • High levels of attention to detail, professionalism, and a sense of urgency and drive for results.
