Project Manager

The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. This includes leading and coordinating project teams including Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and subcontractors.

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Brief and manage external stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Strong track record delivering projects across sectors such as education, health, retail, or industrial.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of WA construction codes, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
