Site Operations and Maintenance Manager

This is a pivotal role within our organization, where you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational performance of all equipment, vehicles, and facilities across our site.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Risk Management: Ensure that all plant, equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facilities are thoroughly inspected and maintained in accordance with established procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and downtime.
  • Maintenance Planning and Execution: Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance, reduce unplanned outages, and extend asset lifespan.
  • Contractor and Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage contractors and stakeholders involved in maintenance activities to ensure seamless collaboration and quality delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, identify areas for optimization, and drive business growth.
About You

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities Management
  • Extensive technical knowledge of basic mechanics, including plant, equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facilities
  • Demonstrated experience in contractor management, maintenance planning, and budget control
  • Ability to perform handyman tasks and maintain a high level of physical fitness
  • Valid certifications, such as a forklift license
