Learning Advisor Position Available

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Learning Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with parents and students, helping them achieve their goals through tailored tutoring solutions.

The Job Description

  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls with parents to understand their needs and enrol their children in our tutoring services.
  • Conduct discovery questions to ensure a smooth enrolment process for parents and students.
  • Closely handle sales calls and maximise conversions.
  • Effectively manage leads within our system to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound/inbound phone sales.
  • Strong communication, resilience, and time management skills.
  • Education sales experience is a bonus but not required.
