Christmas Casual Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic team at Warringah Mall. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Responsibilities
  • You will learn our customers' needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
  • You will uphold our values and vision, adhering to our company procedures and policies.
  • You will offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • You should be a team player open to daily coaching and feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry is essential.
  • You must be confident in reaching store targets and sales.
  • You should be an active contributor to a joyful collective by being agile, tenacious and optimistic.
  • Availability Monday through Sunday is required.
