Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator or Project Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing civil construction projects across the Gold Coast and Logan Region. You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our senior leaders and experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Resource Allocation: Procure and allocate necessary project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Cost Management: Oversee cost management and reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Contract Administration: Manage contract administration, including notices, reporting, and claims.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance, including organizing testing, inspections, and submissions.
- Progress Reporting: Deliver progress reports to the construction manager.
- Health and Safety: Ensure safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors and adhere to compliance requirements.
About You:
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction, with previous experience in delivering subdivision projects highly regarded.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
- Relationship-Building: Ability to establish strong working relationships.
