About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from conception to execution. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to ensure feasibility and adjusting cost estimates as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project operations from conception to planning and execution
- Gather proposals, specifications, and related documents for project estimates
- Identify design and constructability issues
- Conduct analysis to determine constructability
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Work in a safe manner and follow safety rules
