As a highly motivated and results-driven territory manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and exceeding team objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and team performance targets.
- Provide expert knowledge and support for medical devices and company offerings.
- Offer clinical support for single-use medical devices in theatre settings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor landscapes to inform territory planning.
- Attend conferences and events as needed.
- Provide exceptional support and address technical issues with service excellence.
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health are advantageous.
- Experience in an operating theatre environment is essential.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and resilient individuals are preferred.
- The ability to travel within and occasionally beyond the territory is required.
- Proven track record of building professional and strategic relationships.
- Experience within CRM systems like Salesforce is highly desirable.
