Lead Talent Development Specialist

About the Role

The Leadership Development Partner will manage the end-to-end delivery of talent development programs.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and facilitating learning programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders and empower aspiring leaders.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to build scalable leadership learning products and experiences that drive mindset and capability shifts.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring coaching certification recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an undergraduate degree in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or Leadership, and at least ten years' experience as a trusted advisor to leaders.
