We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering key stages of the employee lifecycle and supporting our HR Business Partner team in achieving milestones across various stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively deliver the employee lifecycle stages and support the HR Business Partner team in achieving key milestones.
  • Work on improvement projects to enhance processes, procedures, and systems relating to onboarding, performance management, development, talent, succession planning, cross boarding, and separation.
  • Provide super user support for talent management systems.
  • Embed new processes relating to employee voice/listening and continuous enhancement of the employee experience.
  • Undertake reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of organisational effectiveness interventions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in human resources or organisational development roles.
  • Experience in enhancing business processes and procedures relating to onboarding, performance management, development, talent, succession planning, cross boarding, and separation.
  • Demonstrated experience as a super user/advanced user of HR information systems (previous experience with HR Onboard or Success Factors highly regarded).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate mutual beneficial outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of change management and processes to ensure successful implementation of workplace change.
  • Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
