The role of a Senior Financial Strategist is to maximise all finance and insurance opportunities within the business. This includes presenting all finance and insurance products to customers at point of sale to ensure maximum sales potential.
- Provide professional and respectful service to customers ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service sold.
- Manage confidential documentation and settlement paperwork efficiently.
- Provide finance & insurance quotations to customers and follow up on quotes and refinancing opportunities.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner demonstrating a customer first attitude.
- Achieve monthly targets through effective time management and prioritisation.
- Experience as a Dealership Finance & Insurance Manager with a strong track record of success.
- Professional ownership of position and ability to maximise opportunities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive mindset, willingness to work in a team and grow together.
