Turnaround Finance Director

We are seeking a skilled finance professional with experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement to lead our corporate finance initiatives.

  • Analyse business operations and financial performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Critically assess and develop business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Create detailed financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Evaluate commercial and financial risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead capital market transactions, including debt and equity raisings.
  • Project manage initiatives for clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders and client relationships.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing guidance on various topics and promoting professional development.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and quantitative exhibits for clients and third parties.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, strategy consulting, or restructuring.
  • CFA and/or CA/CPA qualification preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Excellent financial modelling and presentation-style report writing experience is essential.
  • Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and team members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Power Point.
