">We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our renowned Corporate Finance team, ranked Band 1 by Chambers. The team generates mandates for sophisticated corporate finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated facilities, complex acquisition leveraged and structured financings.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on corporate finance transactions, including common terms deed platforms, syndicated and bilateral loans, and cross border financings.">
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating finance documents.">
- Managing and mentoring junior lawyers; driving matter strategy; and liaising directly with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and financiers.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5+ years' loan markets experience gained within a top-tier firm or respected mid-tier firm.">
- Experience in drafting and negotiating finance documents in corporate financing transactions.">
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and superior analytical and drafting skills.">
