We are seeking a skilled Philanthropy Manager to join our team. This is a newly created full-time role with hybrid working arrangements.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves managing and growing a portfolio of major individual donors and philanthropic foundations, securing commitments and driving fundraising success through targeted donor engagement strategies and high-quality communications.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major individual donors and philanthropic foundations, securing commitments.
- Drive fundraising success through executing targeted donor engagement strategies and high-quality communications.
- Strengthen relationships with donors and grant partners to secure and grow philanthropic grants.
- A minimum of five years in a relationship fundraising role with experience in major gifts.
- Demonstrated success in building, cultivating and stewarding new relationships, leading to measurable results.
- Proven knowledge of major gift fundraising, including management of databases, proposal preparation and identification, cultivation and stewardship of major donors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic fundraising activities.
