
Part-Time Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to assist in the process of continuous improvement in keeping with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality initiatives that drive business excellence.
- Support compliance, accreditation, auditing, and policy processes to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.
- Educate, coordinate, and mentor clinical staff to uphold quality standards and promote a culture of excellence.
- AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
- Ideally, at least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality management role
- Demonstrated understanding of quality management principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of the accreditation process and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies, and adapt to changing priorities.
- PART-TIME - 3 days per week, 7.5 hours per day
