
Administrative Coordinator Position Available

This role involves providing administrative support to a program, encompassing a range of tasks including secretarial duties and coordination of activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer efficient and effective secretarial services.
- Coordinate and organise program activities.
- Utilise computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work tasks.
- Drive/travel as required, involving long distances and overnight stays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in provision of administrative procedures and secretarial support.
- Able to work collaboratively within and across diverse teams.
- Sensitive to client/customer needs and able to interpret requirements.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work effectively.
- Valid unrestricted driver's licence and ability to maintain.
