Your Role:

As an In-Home Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. This may include tasks such as:">
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming">
  • Providing medication management and administration">
  • Preparing meals and snacks">
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers">

Working with Our Team:

You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our residents and their families is essential in this role. "]

Requirements:

To be successful as an In-Home Care Assistant, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:">
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support">
  • Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)">
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills">
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised">
  • Availability to attend our 3-day onboarding program">
  • Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain">
  • Current Drivers License, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance">
