Job Title: Support Operations Manager

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR documents, including staff records and benefit plans
  • Format resumes with accuracy and speed using Microsoft Word
  • Conduct telephone reference checks using a provided template
  • Order and manage office supplies and marketing materials
  • Troubleshoot minor IT issues and escalate to external help desk as needed
  • Create internal reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate projects and prepare project reports
  • Greet visitors and ensure meeting rooms are set up for consultants
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business suppliers
  • Support the internal marketing consultant
Requirements:
  • A positive and proactive approach with excellent customer service skills
  • High-level attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Natural ability with technology and willingness to learn new systems
  • Stable work history and loyalty to the organization
  • Professional and corporate presentation at all times
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to assist with any task required to run the business

The successful candidate will have advanced MS Office skills, with a strong focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
