Operations Support Administrator Role Overview

The Operations Support Administrator plays a pivotal role within our organization, requiring exceptional communication and organizational skills. This position entails liaising with the service team and site management to support tasks such as project planning and management (PPM), reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalating issues; timesheet review and reporting; and service procurement operations.

This role is based in Newcastle, New South Wales, and involves supporting the finance and accounts team, coordinating and allocating tasks across multiple services and contracts, maintaining data accuracy and records related to assets and maintenance, and operating the internal helpdesk line.
