E-commerce excellence is key to driving sales and customer satisfaction. As an E-commerce Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure products are merchandised effectively on the website.

You will lead partnerships across suppliers to maintain remarkable website merchandising standards that continue to evolve as customer shopping behaviors change. Your understanding of customer shopping behaviors via multiple data points will inform data-driven decisions on improving website merchandising and product discovery.

The role involves bringing our merchandise product to life on e-commerce channels by ensuring all products are accurately categorised in our online hierarchy to support trade KPIs and customer experience. You will maintain and ensure all products are optimised and enriched with relevant information to enhance discoverability via Site Search, Brand, Category, & Site navigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive e-commerce growth
  • Lead partnerships across suppliers to maintain exceptional website merchandising standards
  • Analyse customer shopping behaviours to inform data-driven decisions
  • Ensure accurate product categorisation in the online hierarchy
  • Maintain and optimise product attributes including title, description, and other relevant features & benefits

Requirements:

  • Background and experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Australia and other similar markets
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how product information feeds into SEO strategy
  • Strong activation skills and ability to execute flawlessly
  • Ability to develop and support a team
  • Create and maintain guidelines to improve ways of working
