Early Years Educator Trainee\

In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a high-quality early childhood education program. Your focus will be on providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped learning environment
  • Support the planning and delivery of educational programs aligned with National Quality Standards
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes

Requirements:



  • No previous Certificate or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care within the last 7 years
  • A commitment to studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunization against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) (or willing to receive)
