**About Busselton Early Education.**

**The Opportunity**

Working within a team of professional Early Childhood Educators, you will be responsible in assisting the delivery of a high-quality education program that supports the growth, safety, participation, wellbeing, and empowerment of children in a mixed aged range 0-6years of age.

BEE has an extraordinary team who is looking for a new member to bring their own flair, passion, and love for Early Childhood. You need to be willing to learn and understand our philosophy.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Working in collaboration with the team to plan and implement play-based programs.
- Documenting children’s learning, development, interest, and abilities, including setting individual and group goals.
- Initiating and promoting warm and intentional interactions with children and their families.
- Contributing to the development and delivery of curriculums, routines, QIP, indoor and outdoor environments within the learning program.
- Work with others to ensure that BEE meets and exceeds considerations of National Quality Standard.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Diploma of Children's Services or willingness to obtain.
- Relevant experience in working in children’s services.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other early childhood educators.
- Hold a current and valid, or willingness to obtain: Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check, First Aid certification (that includes Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management) and current CPR

**How to Apply**

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
