Early Childhood Education Trainee

About the Role:

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about education and early childhood development. As a trainee educator, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for children and families
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND COLLEAGUES TO ENSURE A POSITIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
  • Contribute to the growth and development of a professional team
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
  • No previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school within the last 7 years
  • A willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
