Key Mortgage Financing Roles:

Mortgage Financiers facilitate the loan process for clients by assessing their financial situation and guiding them through the application process.

  • Consult with clients to discuss loan options and provide expert advice
  • Assess client creditworthiness and recommend suitable loan products
  • Prepare and submit loan applications on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings

Mortgage Financiers must possess strong communication skills, be able to manage high-volume environments, and prioritize tasks effectively. They should also be comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has foundational experience in mortgage financing or experience as a credit analyst
  • Is willing to complete certificate 4 in finance and mortgage broking (if required)
  • Can build relationships with customers and referral partners
  • Excels in business development, prospecting, and lead generation
