Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing subdivision or similar civil infrastructure projects.

  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee project programming, compliance, and safety requirements.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support staff, ensuring a focus on safety, performance, and team development.
About the Role

This role requires a high degree of leadership and people management skills. A Civil Engineering degree is highly regarded but not essential.

Solid understanding of project financials and commercial management are required.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management abilities are also necessary.
