Project Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to oversee the delivery of significant local projects, work collaboratively with experienced teams, and enjoy the benefits of a fulfilling career.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all project aspects, from planning through to completion.
- Oversee project programming, compliance, and safety requirements.
- Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Mentor staff, ensuring a focus on safety, performance, and team development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience managing subdivision or similar civil infrastructure projects.
- Civil Engineering degree highly regarded, but not essential.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of financials and commercial management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
