Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Operations Manager to lead our laboratory team in achieving growth and success.

  • Spearhead day-to-day laboratory activities, testing and team operations;
  • Maintain effective internal communication to ensure timely project deliverables and client satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with senior managers to further develop the laboratories;
  • Manage operations costs and capacity/resources based on business demand;
  • Evaluate staff training needs and implement continuous development programs.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Process/Production Management or related disciplines;
  • Proven experience in similar operation fields with a process-driven approach and people management skills;
  • Strong knowledge of soil testing and offshore marine geotechnical projects;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate team members and manage performances effectively;
  • Able to plan and prioritise workload based on internal and external clients' requirements.
