- Lead the development of customer insights and analytics capabilities to drive business growth and improvement.

- Apply data science techniques to analyze customer behavior and preferences.

Ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Analytics and Insights roles, with strong exposure to large-scale databases and cloud computing platforms. Skilled in using advanced analytics techniques and proficient in the data science stack and database management systems.
Requirements:- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in Analytics and Insights roles.
- Strong knowledge of data science tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
