A clinical leadership career opportunity awaits a qualified Behaviour Support Compliance and Quality Manager to join our team at Humanity Health Group.

About the Role

  • This senior position requires a clinician with a commitment to excellence, passion for systemic thinking, and expertise in Positive Behaviour Support.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Clinical Governance Officer and the Quality Team to ensure the Behaviour Support sector meets and exceeds community standards.
  • Daily responsibilities include provision of clinical support to the Behaviour Support Team, monitoring and further development of evidence-Informed service development, and leading the development of future services in consultation with customers and partnerships.

About You

  • You are a suitably qualified NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner with Proficient level or above experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner is required.
  • You possess sound knowledge of the NDIS behaviour support and restrictive practice rules 2018, and NDIS Practice Standards Supplementary module 2.
  • State legislation regarding behaviour support and restrictive practice authorisation should also be familiar to you.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in Positive Behaviour Support and effective application in a NDIS context is essential.
  • You have a desire to supervise and build clinical capacity to less experienced Behaviour Practitioners across the nation.
