Strategic Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Leadership Team.

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience in senior leadership positions within high-growth environments and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute global commercial strategies for business units aligned with corporate objectives.

- Build strong relationships with key customers to create effective launch plans and long-term growth strategies.

- Design pricing strategies to maximize the benefits of disruptive technology and track targets.

- Direct the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies, activities, and promotions.

- Drive the establishment of customer relationship management processes, metrics, and systems.

- Establish and manage Sales and Marketing teams to support the appropriate route to market.

- Support product development and program prioritization with market analysis and feedback.

- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute corporate strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Business, Marketing, Engineering etc).

- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing Sales and Marketing teams.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Senior Leadership on a global level.

- Demonstrated experience in growing Revenue.

- Demonstrated experience in managing P&L.

- Demonstrated team management experience.

- Experience in a highly regulated environment preferred.

- Experience in the Medical industry.

- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Teamwork.

- Customer Focus.

- Leadership.
