The Land Management Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the sustainable management of our region's landscapes.
- Deliver front-line services to farmers, community groups, and the broader community
- Provide natural resource management advice, agricultural sustainability and productivity advice, and extension services
- Support landholders with knowledge, networks, and local experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The capacity to engage with rural landholders, industry groups, and other key stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across all functional areas
Job Description: This role delivers front-line services to farmers, community groups, and the broader community. The position provides natural resource management advice, agricultural sustainability and productivity advice, and extension services to support landholders in managing their resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications: The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage with rural landholders, industry groups, and other key stakeholders. They will be flexible and adaptable, able to work across all functional areas as required.
