Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to lead a team of customer service specialists, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to deliver exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of customer service representatives to achieve outstanding results.
  • Developing and implementing policies, programs, and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members to improve their technical knowledge and sales skills.
  • Analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service management or team leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
