Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and elevating our customer service operations.
- Oversight of the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
- Ensuring every interaction reinforces our client's reputation for excellence and expertise.
This is a hands-on leadership position designed for someone who thrives in a technical, trade-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service management or team leadership role.
- Proven Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service specialists.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for your team.
- Provide daily direction, constructive feedback, and coaching.
