The Role

As a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be delivering vocational rehabilitation services to clients across primarily NSW Workers Compensation and Comcare schemes, with a specific focus on Same Employer services.

Your core responsibilities will include worksite assessments, case conferencing with treating healthcare professionals, work readiness preparation, workplace facilitated discussions, and vocational assessments.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration or full membership with ASORC or RCAA
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a clinical or workplace rehabilitation setting
  • Experience working in Same Employer services and complex psychological injury
  • A current driver's license and motor vehicle
