We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Quilpie location.

About the Role
  • You will report directly to the Branch Manager and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Focus on providing an exceptional experience for all customers, whether in-store or over the telephone.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing various administrative tasks such as stock control, accurate receival and dispatch of goods.
  • Providing assistance with pricing and product queries.
  • Processing counter sales.
  • Maintaining safety procedures and general administrative processes.
  • Supporting with telephone and reception enquiries.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A high focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Problem solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • The ability to think creatively and get the job done effectively.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Holds a valid driver's license.
  • Forklift ticket is advantageous.
  • Experience working within a sales environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
