Our organization is seeking a flexible casual sales team member based in Quilpie, QLD.

About the Role

This role reports to the branch manager and involves developing strong relationships with customers in the local farming community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative tasks such as stock control and accurate receipt/dispatch of goods
  • Providing customer support with product queries
  • Processing counter sales transactions
  • Maintaining health and safety protocols
  • Assisting with general administrative duties and telephone enquiries
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching orders, and unpacking deliveries
We're Looking for Someone Who:
  • Places high importance on customer service and attention to detail
  • Can think creatively and achieve results efficiently
  • Has a passion for agriculture and ideally possesses knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills, empathy, and effective communication skills to build lasting customer relationships
  • Has experience working in a sales environment and can effectively utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook software

This is a casual role requiring a driver's license, with flexible hours and the option to work independently. A forklift ticket is advantageous.
