Customer Service Sales Role

We are seeking a passionate sales professional to join our team at our Brookvale store. This is a casual customer service and sales role that offers comprehensive training, competitive pay, and performance-based profit share incentives.

This role involves providing expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice, achieving and exceeding personal sales targets, supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met, and contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.

To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in a customer service environment, strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
