Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative.

This role involves acting as second in command and supporting the Store Manager at our Liverpool store. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating a positive team environment where customer service is a priority, driving the store's financial performance and promoting strong leadership through effective training and daily operations management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide expert and unparalleled customer service. They will also develop strong product knowledge to assist with training, maintain store appearance and well-being, manage stock levels and ensure high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines.

In addition, they will assist the Regional Manager during the Store Manager's absence in preparing staff rosters, managing sales achievement, stock and expense control, and recruiting and retaining top talent.
