Clinical Healthcare Professional

Committed to delivering compassionate patient-centred care, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our multidisciplinary team at Bundaberg Hospital.

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in mental health care every day, collaborating with colleagues to provide quality nursing services consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice in a Mental Health Community Residential Rehabilitation setting.

  • The Clinical Healthcare Professional will be responsible for providing clinical and patient-centred care, supporting the facilitation and provision of quality nursing services, participating in education, management, and portfolio functions, as well as utilising data and information to ensure the service is organised for safety and contributing to the capture of information measuring the standard of service delivery.

As part of our dedicated team, you will actively contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone feels valued and respected, providing high-quality care and support to patients facing mental health challenges.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary rates between $41.74 - $53.53 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%); $51.33 - $65.85 p.h.
