Reformer Pilates Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates instructors to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Reformer Pilates instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and help them achieve their fitness goals in a premium health club environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and instruct high-energy group Reformer Pilates classes that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Reformer Pilates techniques and methodologies to provide effective instruction and guidance to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest Reformer Pilates techniques and best practices.
Requirements
  • Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized institution.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts and schedules.
  • Passion for teaching and educating clients of all levels and abilities.
