Reformer Pilates Instructor Wanted

We are seeking passionate and motivated Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing a fun and challenging workout experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and instruct motivational group Reformer Pilates classes
  • Adhere to processes and teaching standards set by the Manager
  • Ensure class delivery is at a consistent high standard
  • Promote an energetic and welcoming environment for members
  • Build strong rapport with members and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the studio
  • Where required, assist in capturing class content/testimonials for use on Social Media
Requirements:
  • Reformer Certification
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Passion for teaching and educating beginners through to advanced members
  • Proactive attitude with ability to break down exercises and offer progressions & regressions
  • Ability to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment
